Procedures

The Town of Washington court docket provides the schedule for Municipal Court proceedings. Anyone appearing before the Court is expected to follow courtroom procedures and conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

Please keep the following in mind when attending court:

• Appropriate attire is required.
• Cell phones and other mobile devices must be turned off while court is in session.
• Photography and audio or video recording are not permitted.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the courtroom.
